Julie Davidson, Broker/Realtor®
Marketing Assistant, Closing Coordinator
Julie has been a
licensed real estate agent since 2003. She is licensed
in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Through her
hard work and exemplary customer satisfaction, she has
earned several designations – ABR, GRI, and Quality
Service Certification®.
As our Closing Coordinator, Julie ensures that
inspections, surveys, home warranty applications, etc.,
are completed, and that everything is in place, so that
the closing will go as scheduled. Her keen
organizational skills ensure that our buyers and sellers
achieve a smooth closing. Julie understands the stress
that can be associated with making a move. She has lived
in many cities and has helped numerous buyers and
sellers as a real estate agent over the years. Julie
will be your partner, guiding you through the process!
For many years
Julie was a decorator in the Charlotte area helping
customers and decorators pick out colors, room
arrangements, and window treatments for homes.
Julie has lived from Minnesota to Florida and many
cities in between. She enjoys talking and being with
people. She has two daughters, two stepchildren, and
eight grandchildren, who keep her very busy. Julie loves
the arts, especially painting and drawing. When she
wants to be quiet Julie loves a good book to read.
Julie and her husband are members of Weddington United
Methodist Church. She and her husband enjoy studying the
Bible and have taken many Bible study classes.
